New year, new opportunities! 2022 is barely a month old but already we’re finding new products designed to improve prospects’ user experience on-site (Cues.ai) as well as delivering more on event experiences from 2021 (FindAMasters):

Getting your target audience onto your website is one thing, but ensuring they’re making the most of the experience is another. Cues.ai is a new product that aims to keep prospects on-site and explore the most relevant information to their course application, via a selection of discreet pop-ups that can be tailor-made to fit in with the institution’s branding. Cues.ai looks at browsing behaviour and asks users quick questions in order to segment users into audience types. Based on the user’s responses and behaviour, cues.ai can recommend key content and conversion actions relevant to the user’s interest. By personalising the website experience, cues.ai users can view up to 65% more pages, have 45% longer session durations and have up to a 195% website conversion rate increase compared to all website traffic.

Cues.ai also supports embedded lead capture forms which can be targeted at specific audiences, as well as being implemented for Wider Participation and international campaigns.

CUBED: Our paid activity gives us the best chance to find the highest quality applicants to drive to our client’s websites, but once on-site our influence is greatly diminished. This product would be well suited to any institutions seeing low conversion rates, where prospects might be getting lost looking for what they need (course and uni information) as well as what the institution needs (open day bookings, application forms). Each event package includes appropriate booth materials (including a fully customisable virtual booth for virtual events) as well as event promotion by FAM to their 450k newsletter subscribers and users across social media. CUBED: Previously the FAM PG Study Fairs have focused on specific subject areas, as well as only reaching laptop screens (due to the covid restrictions in place over the past few years), but we’re hopefully looking at more institution-level and physical regional events in 2022 as things stand. FAM has updated its cancellation policy so a full refund can be issued if cancelled 10 days before the event. Previously these events have driven high-quality PG leads for our clients, so the inclusion of regional level should further improve this and allow clients to reach PG prospects suited to their institution with greater efficiency than ever before.
