THE BRIEF
The University of Sheffield chose to work with us on our flagship Student Journey Mapping programme in order to inform, improve and plan their marketing, student recruitment and admissions activity right the way through the prospective student journey; from enquirers to applicants to enrolled students.
STRATEGY
Our university clients know their student recruitment objectives and your strategic drivers. We know what prospective students want, what works (and what doesn’t) and how to deliver successful student recruitment activity that gets results. Our Student Journey Mapping programme combines Education Cubed’s collective insight, experience and unrivalled overview of the sector to produce an evidence-based, actionable plan supported by over £200,000 worth of primary research into the needs of prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students.
In this three-month long programme, we take a holistic view of our client’s marketing activity, getting under the skin of their strategy and brand then our sector experts get to work on transferring our knowledge and expertise to each touchpoint within the journey.
WHY IT WORKS
We audit our client’s marketing strategy to uncover their blindspots, identify areas for development, and highlight opportunities for them to excel above their competitors. We consider their resource capacity and make recommendations for who the client team need to get on board (internally and externally) to achieve your aims. And, we help them to produce a fully costed, and prioritised, plan which can be immediately implemented.
We then go one step further by checking-in with you each month for the next 12 months to make sure things stay on track or to see if we can offer additional support.
